By creating an account or using the TinyMiles mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and TinyMiles ("we," "our," or "us").
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use TinyMiles. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.
TinyMiles is intended for use by adult caregivers. It is not designed for, marketed to, or permitted to be used by children under 18.
TinyMiles is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
We expressly disclaim any liability arising from your reliance on App content for medical purposes.
Account responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Caregiver sharing: You may invite other adult caregivers to access your babies' data. You are responsible for the caregivers you invite and their use of the App.
Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate information when creating baby profiles and logging data.
TinyMiles offers two account tiers:
New subscribers may be offered a 14-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the price of the plan you selected.
Payment and renewal: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to when subscribing, subject to the price-change notice described below.
Managing or canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings app under [Your Name] → Subscriptions, or via the App Store. Canceling stops future renewals; it does not refund any portion of the current billing period already paid for.
Payments and refunds: All payments are processed by Apple. We do not process, store, or have access to your payment card details. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly — we are unable to issue refunds ourselves.
Price changes: If we change subscription pricing, we will provide notice as required by Apple's guidelines before any increase applies to existing subscribers.
Premium delegate sharing: A Premium subscriber may designate one caregiver on a shared baby to receive full Premium feature access on that caregiver's own account, at no additional cost, for as long as the underlying Premium subscription stays active and the delegate designation isn't revoked. The subscribing owner may change or remove this designation at any time. Delegate access does not transfer or persist if the underlying subscription lapses or is canceled.

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You own your data. We use it only to provide and operate the App. We do not sell your data.
All App content, design, graphics, code, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to TinyMiles. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any data stored will be preserved without loss.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TINYMILES AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TinyMiles and its officers, employees, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or any false or inaccurate data you enter into the App.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — cancel it separately via your device's Settings app to stop future billing.
We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.
If we make material changes, we will notify you via in-app notification and/or email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the App after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
